Warehouse specialists (m/f/d) accept goods and check them against the accompanying documents. They record the goods for the IT system, unpack them, sort and store them properly or forward them to their destination in the company. For shipping, they pack goods, fill out accompanying documents, put together delivery units and load trucks. They mark, label and secure consignments. Among other things, dangerous goods regulations and customs regulations are observed. They transport the goods using transportation equipment and conveyors, such as forklift trucks.

- Good secondary school leaving certificate/vocational qualification
- Good knowledge of mathematics

Wholesale and foreign trade management assistants plan and monitor purchasing, logistics and sales processes at home and abroad and help to optimize them. They observe and analyze domestic and foreign markets, identify sources of supply or sales opportunities on domestic and foreign markets, compare prices and prepare offers. They order goods, negotiate delivery dates and conditions, conclude transportation contracts, handle customs formalities, monitor shipping and process payment transactions. You will advise customers on the product range, take on controlling tasks and carry out target group-oriented marketing measures.

E-commerce clerks work in online retail at the interface between purchasing, advertising, logistics, accounting and IT. You will be involved in the design, procurement of goods and sales processing and are jointly responsible for the sale of goods in online stores, on online marketplaces, in social media or blogs. Customer communication, e.g. by e-mail, chat or telephone, is one of her tasks, as is the processing of inquiries, complaints or delivery requests. They handle payment systems, monitor incoming payments and arrange for the processing of ordered goods and services. In addition, they plan target group and product-specific online marketing measures with the marketing department, organize the advertising campaigns and evaluate the success of the advertising. They analyze the results of cost and performance accounting and evaluate sales figures and operational processes.
